Trainer Julie Gibson: One school
we have worked with wanted me to talk through
their qualification grading; they had been on
NO training before...I attended their grading
meeting via a remote internet link-they could
see me, hear me, I could see what they were grading
etc...all learners had been incorrectly graded
and all had performed better than the school thought!
A short meeting solved this problem.

needed to confirm the importing of units; I joined
them as part of their team meeting while we debated
the benefits of one unit to another...by the end
of the meeting the choices were made that would
help the learners the most!
